We’re a small team with big ideas and a passion for enriching the lives of all children we serve.

Ms. Tiffany Cherry

I am Tiffany Cherry, the Director of Cherry Tree Early Learning Center. My

experience in early childhood spans over two decades. I hold an associate in early

childhood education; bachelor’s in early childhood education and Master of Leadership

Development from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. With years of experience as both

a teacher and in leadership, I have spent my career helping young children grow

through play, curiosity, and strong relationships.

When I am not in the classroom, I love spending time with my family and traveling.

My goal is to create a joyful, nurturing environment where children thrive, families feel

supported, and educators are empowered. Can’t wait to meet you!

Ms. Carla Anderson-Smith

Hello! My name is Carla Anderson-Smith, and I am proud to be part of the team at Cherry Tree Early Learning Center. I bring over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and am passionate about helping children build strong foundations for lifelong learning.

I believe that children learn best in a warm, supportive environment where they feel safe to explore, ask questions, and discover the world around them. My goal is to continue expanding my knowledge and education in early childhood development so I can best support the children and families I serve.

Outside of work, I enjoy shopping and spending quality time with family and friends. I look forward to building meaningful relationships with the children and families at Cherry Tree.

Ms. Brandy Bapp

Hello! My name is Brandy Bapp, and I’m thrilled to be part of the team at Cherry Tree Early Learning Center. I have been working with children for over 25 years and earned my Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2021.

Caring for and teaching young children has always been my passion. I love creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to learn and grow.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, Chris, and our two wonderful daughters. We love family trips, cheering on our girls in their sports, and staying busy with all of their activities. I’m grateful to be part of a team that shares the same commitment to helping little minds grow.

Ms. Chaundrea “Drea” Jones

Hello! My name is Chaundrea “Drea” Jones, and I have been working with infants and toddlers for over 15 years. In 2017, I earned my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, which helped strengthen my skills in supporting early childhood growth and development.

From a young age, I always knew I wanted to work with children. I loved playing “school” at home and even had my own little classroom setup with my dolls as students. That early passion turned into a career where I truly enjoy helping young children learn, grow, and feel cared for.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and close friends, listening to music, attending concerts, and relaxing at home with a good movie and my golden doodle by my side. I’m very grateful to be part of the Cherry Tree team and excited to work with your children each day.

Ms. Pam Wilson

Hello! My name is Pam Wilson, but many of the children call me Mrs. Pam. I am so happy to be part of the team at Cherry Tree Early Learning Center. I have been working in education for over 16 years, and I truly enjoy helping children learn, grow, and have fun each day.

I believe that early childhood is such an important time for curiosity, creativity, and building confidence. It brings me so much joy to watch children discover new things and celebrate their accomplishments.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy reading, playing cards, shopping, and most of all spending time with my family and my grandkids. I look forward to getting to know each child and family and being part of your child’s learning journey.

Ms. Sabrina Beard

Hello! My name is Sabrina Beard, and I’m excited to be a teacher in the infant room at Cherry Tree Early Learning Center. I have been working in childcare for about 10 years and hold both my Associate’s Degree and Technical Certificate in Early Childhood Education.

Working with children has always been a passion and calling in my life. I love helping little ones grow, learn, and feel safe and loved each day. In addition to my experience in childcare, I have served in children’s ministry for many years and currently help direct our church’s children and youth programs alongside my husband.

My husband Ryan and I have been married for over five years, and we recently welcomed our baby girl in October. We also have two dogs, Sassy and Rocky, who keep life fun at home. I feel so grateful to be part of the Cherry Tree family and look forward to caring for and supporting your little one each day.
